I dunno why i took too long to figure it out myself, since i usually troubleshoot these things all by myself, but here is the step-by-step guide to do it for dummies, hopefully this comment will save someone some frustrations 1.

Download all 4 disks, the associated Serial key file, the noCD file 2. Click on AutoRun and go through the installation 4. Use the Serial keys you downloaded and punch it in the installer 5. The installer will ask you to insert the disks in sequence, so just keep double clicking the ISO and click yes 6. Delete speed. BillyMercury 6 points.
